Chris Brockway, owner and winemaker of Broc Cellars goal in making wine is to bring out the natural expression of the grape. He uses only native yeasts and bacteria for fermentation with no additives or adjuncts and little to no SO2. Grapes are farmed without the use of synthetic pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, or fertilizers.
Broc Cellars' Love White is a blend of Marsanne, Rousanne, Grenache Blanc and Picpoul from the Madera Foothills. You'll get aromas of peach and melon, followed by flavors of baked stone fruit, melon, spice, and a hint of minerality on the palate. A true fan favorite, this pairs perfectly with roasted or grilled veggies, big summer salads, light seafood and even creamy pastas like cacio e pepe or carbonara.This wine is unfiltered and will contain some sediment.
