From oyster country, behind the Etang de Thau on the Mediterranean coast of France, this is a full-flavoured, dry, fruity white blend made from local grape varieties Picpoul, Terret and Columbard. It is a super summer sipper and more! Lemon, lime, white peach and mineral/saline notes. Tasty, refreshingly crisp (but still weighty enough to matter) and perfect on its own or with any shellfish, fried calamari or a seafood salad.
