Refreshing rosé and the sunny South of France simply go hand in hand. This Grenache-dominant blend is rounded out with 20% Cinsault and 5% Syrah, all sourced from organically-farmed (ECOCERT) vineyard sites planted along the saline- kissed Mediterranean coast. Post-harvest, the grapes are cooled and macerated for a short period to maintain the wine’s perfectly pale hue.
On the nose, aromas of underripe melon, tangerine, crushed stones, and ocean air lead to a savory, mineral-laced palate brimming with flavors of strawberry, peach skin, blood orange, wet rocks, and a touch of lavender. Zesty acidity and a distinct, ocean-influenced minerality give way to a lingering finish. Serve chilled with classic apéro-inspired bites or simply sip solo.
