Michel Thomas and his son Laurent took over the estate in 1970 from Michel’s father, who started in 1946. This terrific Sancerre reveals lemon citrus fruit with a hint of litchi, honey-suckle flavors that race through the pure, mineral-driven dry & fresh finish. Very typical Sauvignon Blanc from this famous region of Loire Valley. Intense with well-bodied roundness. A bit of flintiness holds it all together helping to accentuate the zesty finish. Enjoy as an aperitif or with seafood!
