This Cremant (sparkling) de Loire Rose is made from Cabernet Franc, Chenin Blanc, and Grolleau, mostly from the Anjou region of Loire. Second fermentation occurs in the bottle like Champagne and ages on its lees in the bottle for 12 months. Freshness and finesse in this bottle of rose bubbles. A lively bouquet of red berry fruit aromas. Wild strawberry
and cherry flavors. Good intensity and balance on the palate following through with a delicate and subtle tangy
aftertaste. Elegant and flavorful! Great as an apertif or try it with dessert.
