Clear, ruby red color. Bouquet of red and black berries such as blackcurrant, blackberry and gooseberry with a hint of pepper. An additional touch of cherry can be found on the palate. A lightly tannic structure gives a well balanced wine with pleasant persistence. Perfect with the traditional Boeuf Bourguignon, with roasted pork and poultry, soft cheeses such as Brie, Camembert and goat’s cheese. Ready to drink or may be laid down for 2 to 6 years.
