The Cantina Fongoli represents a unique example of the history of bottling in Montefalco, Umbria. Founded in 1925, during the last 10 years they have chosen a fully –integrated natural method. The historical wine cellar has organic certification since 2011 and produces unfiltered wines made without added sulphites. Our main actual effort is to propose traditional style wines using native grapes. The Grechetto "La Palmetta" by Fongoli is an expressive, fragrant and savory white wine. Perfumes of aromatic herbs, flowers and white fruits animate a warm, smooth, citrusy and fresh flavor. Great with fish, quiche, burrata cheese and pasta with vegetables.
